The physical box office at Impérial Bell is open every event day starting at 4 p.m. Closing times may vary depending on attendance.

Box office hours for phone or email inquiries are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

[ ] What is the configuration of the venue?

Shows are presented in different configurations:

- General admission standing

- Reserved seating

[ ] What time should I arrive on the night of the event?

Doors open one hour before the show. To avoid congestion at the entrance, the public is encouraged to arrive early for the performance they are attending.

[ ] Is bar service available?

Yes, the bar is open from the doors opening until the end of the show. A variety of local products and others are available. Feel free to ask the staff for more information.

[ ] Are outside food and drinks allowed?

Outside drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and food are not allowed in the venue. All items must be left at the checkroom.

[ ] Is there a checkroom?

Yes, a checkroom service is available. Only cash is accepted.

[ ] What does "general admission" mean?

This term means that seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are offered for this type of show. Reserved seating is only available when a show is listed as "Reserved Seating."

Accepted payment methods for various purchases are:

Service fees correspond to the service provided when purchasing your tickets. To ensure fairness, service fees are the same regardless of whether the ticket is purchased in person, online, or by phone.

[ ] Can I bring a camera?

Disposable and non-professional cameras are allowed in our venues.

Professional cameras with lenses over 200 mm or interchangeable lenses are not permitted.

[ ] Are children allowed at Impérial Bell?

Yes, Impérial Bell is an all-ages venue. Children can attend performances but cannot consume alcoholic products. Note that some performances are exclusively for an adult audience (nudity, violent messages, etc.). In these rare cases, there is a visible notice on the specific performance.

[ ] Is there accessible access and services for people with reduced mobility?

Impérial Bell is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Our staff welcomes wheelchair users at District Saint-Joseph (240, rue Saint-Joseph East) and then directs them to the performance venue on the 200 or 400 level of the ground floor.
