From the very first notes, Valence conjures a prism of colors, adorned with flowers and poetic flourishes. On stage, the performance unfolds as a shared experience, shifting from expansive, euphoric musical moments to end-of-the-world humor. The project’s uniqueness lies in its paradox: a sweeping sound rooted in Britpop and made for wide-open spaces, yet intimate enough to feel like a one-on-one conversation.
Surrounded by five talented multi-instrumentalists and friends, Valence brings passion and sincerity to this new show. An ode to music as a unifying force and to live performance as one of our last remaining rituals of coming together.
